I got hired at Best Buy.
Awesome.
I work in Media. I have to talk to peoples about games, movies, sytems...stuff like that.
It's kinda boring though because everyone is 'just looking'. I like it when i actually get to help someone though. Like when they're buying a Wii or a 360. I had to work Black Friday. It was baad. But not in MP3 players. Which is where i was. Everyone knew what they wanted. Either the really cheap $45 dollar one, Ipod Touch, or a Nano. We were open at 5:00am. They got us breakfast burritos from Sonic. Then for lunch they ordered Papa John's. And they had a shopping cart full of 2 liters.
And Halo in the breakroom. It was funny working in MP3 players. Someone asked me if they needed a computer to download music. o_o;
The concert was awesome. Gators isn't allowed to sell alcohol anymore so the show was a lot more enjoyable. Not as much pushing, and a mosh pit that was safe to go in. I didn't get in any though because i got to be in the front. ^^ We got to go to the after party too, which was fun. Got two posters and they both got signed by everyone. We even got to talk to Chris, Jeff and Blake. A little with Maria. And we got to meet the new bassist. he's cool. I gave Maria a picture. She liked it. ^^

Thanksgiving was good and I hope everyone had fun.

This week we're having a potluck at work. should be fun. And I'm going to another concert and I might be going to Durango.

THE BASICS: write a Christmas/Holiday wish list. It can be any 10 wishes you'd like to have granted, no matter what they are. Possible or seemingly impossible. People look and grant the wishes if they can. It's not about "OMFG PRESENTS", it's about making someone else's holiday a little brighter by giving. Personally, I get more out of giving than receiving sometimes. It's just a good feeling to give.

STEP ONE

** Make a post in your journal. The post should contain your list of 10 holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all, from simple and fun ("I'd love a ImagnixPendula icon that's just for me") to medium ("I wish for _____ on DVD") to really big ("All I want for Christmas is a new car/computer/house/TV.") The important thing is, make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.

** If you wish for real possible things, make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where Santa (or one of his elves) could get in touch with you. In this case, you can always just note someone on dA.

** Also, make sure you post some version of these guidelines in your journal, so that others can join in and participate to spread the holiday joy!


STEP TWO

** Surf around your friend list to see who has posted their list. And now here's the important part:

** If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true. Sometimes someone's trash is another's treasure, and if you have a leather jacket you don't want or a gift certificate you won't use--or even know where you could get someone's dream purebred Basset Hound for free--do it.

** You needn't spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf--to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not--it's your call.

There are no rules with this project, no guarantees, and no strings attached. Just...wish, and it might come true. Give, and you might receive. And you'll have the joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special.

2.) Anything from/by Tarja Turnen.
3.) Art.
4.) FullMetal Alchemist Seasons 1 and 2.
5.) To move out.
6.) My own xBox 360.
7.) Some sort of Make-up box with lots of colours.
8.) A kitty.
9.) Tickets to a rock or metal concert.
10.) A new car.
